Dardar is the husband of Julia Dardar, who the family believes is the woman who was found in a freezer on the property of Benjamin Beale.
Micah Dardar said Julia had been living with Beale.
Beale was arrested and is facing murder charges. Beale was given a $1.4 million bail.
Micah Dardar claims Beale's release on bond would threaten many lives.
Beale, 34, had previously been charged with obstruction of justice, drug and weapons charges.
He was rebooked and is being held at the Orleans Parish Justice Center, police said.
