The Louisiana Legislative Auditor has released a report outlining major issues connected to the City of New Orleans’ Trash and Recycling services. An audit requested by Mayor Helena Moreno found that the city’s trash and recycling system is losing money, with thousands of addresses receiving services when they aren’t eligible.
