Dr. Ashonta Wyatt

Dr. Ashonta Wyatt is a passionate advocate for education, social justice, and community empowerment. A native New Orleanian, she has dedicated her career to driving positive change both locally and nationally.

As the Chief Consultant of A. Wyatt Solutions Group, Dr. Wyatt provides expert coaching and professional development services to individuals and organizations. Her focus on fostering inclusive and equitable environments ensures that workplaces and communities prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Beyond her professional work, Dr. Wyatt is deeply committed to supporting her community. She has been instrumental in nurturing mothers who have tragically loss their children to gun violence. Her dedication to this cause and the New Orleans youth is showcased in the award-winning docuseries, Algiers, America, where she served as a consultant producer. This series offers a poignant and inspiring look at a community’s resilience in the face of adversity.

Dr. Wyatt’s unwavering commitment to her community is exemplified by her prolific speaking engagements and tireless advocacy. She remains steadfast in her pursuit of serving her community and catalyzing positive social transformation.
