Gift Wrapping Party (Adults only) happens on Saturday, December 9, 2023 from 6pm – 9pm cst.
WBOK 1230 am has partnered with the youth advocacy group the Level Up Campaign to spread some holiday cheer to children and families in need with a toy and supply giveaway. 2023 marks the fourth year that the Level Up Camp has secured donations of toys, baby items and post-natal supplies, and distributed them to families in need in the New Orleans area.
This year, the toy giveaway happens on Dec. 16 at Project Home Again in Algiers. Families with children and expectant mothers are encouraged to attend. Supplies and toys will be given on first come first served basis until supplies run out. Event is free and open to the public.
Individuals who would like to volunteer are encouraged to attend the Gift Wrapping Party where they will wrap toys that are to be given away. The Gift Wrapping Party is an adults only event. Refreshments will be served. For more information email info@wbok1230.com.
